Marlene Awards

Great news!  My novel “The Curse Of The Great Mughal”, about a brooding Djin, a headstrong Faerie, and the cursed diamond that throws them together, has been declared a finalist in the Young Adult category of the Marlene Awards, sponsored by Romance Writers of America (Washington chapter).  It has now passed on to Kristin Daly, of HarperCollins, for final judging.  Fingers crossed!

***Update:  The contest winners were announced on May 1st, and I’m happy to report that I’ve been deemed the First Runner Up in the YA category.  So close!***

Wow. Your Curse of the Great Mughal story is really hot on the contest circuit. Good luck with the final editors. I’ll look for to win at RWA Nationals. 🙂
